Welcome to the new Management Thinking course!
In an increasingly competitive and volatile business
environment, the capacity to propose and implement novel, creative, innovative
solutions that add value is mandatory to achieve personal and organizational
success. The Management Thinking course strives to develop such skills by
posing appealing challenges that have to be completed by teams of students. It
is essentially an applied format, supported by different active learning
strategies. By the end of the course, students will be able to combine design
thinking, visual thinking, and critical thinking skills, in order to develop their
innovative management thinking capacity.
